CBS All Access beamed up the first teaser for its upcoming “Star Trek” series with Patrick Stewart, and the now-Admiral Jean-Luc Picard is a... winemaker?
The brief minute-long teaser video, which you can watch above, features a voiceover that hints that something happened to Picard to leave Starfleet behind. CBS has kept quiet about character and plot details, only sharing that the series will see Stewart reprise his role as the “Star Trek: The Next Generation” captain in “the next chapter of his life.”
This now includes a career as a vintner.
